The objective of this grant is to improve career opportunities that result in industry recognized credentials and secure employment through skills development for individuals, ages 16 and above. We are accepting applications from California nonprofits that provide career-focused programs, technical skill-building, apprenticeships, or industry-recognized certification opportunities.

Proposals should include clear, measurable outcomes such as successful program completion, credential attainment, and job placement or advancement. Programs that collaborate with schools, employers, or community organizations to create sustainable career pipelines are especially encouraged to apply.
