Goal: Increase participation and success of underrepresented students in STEM programs and increase the number of those students that are admitted to and successfully complete college.  In addition, expand exposure of high school students to STEM professionals who reflect a shared background and have faced similar challenges to success.

We are now accepting applications from schools, nonprofits, community organizations, and educators dedicated to providing opportunities that support innovative programs and projects that enhance learning for students who face systemic barriers to educational success.

Proposals should include clear, measurable outcomes such as improved academic performance, successful program completion, credential attainment, and job placement or advancement. Programs that collaborate with schools, employers, or community organizations to create sustainable career pipelines are especially encouraged to apply. Priority will be given to initiatives serving underserved youth populations, including students from low-income communities.
